Mayweather Vs. Ortiz Weigh-In Results
Floyd Mayweather and Victor Ortiz will step on the scales for their HBO pay-per-view clash today at approximately 5:45 p.m. ET. The weigh-ins are airing live on channel 101 on DirecTV and streaming live on Yahoo! Sports. The men will step onto the scales in an attempt to come in at or under the 147 pound welterweight limit. Ortiz's WBC welterweight championship will be up for grabs when the two men step into the ring Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
MMA Nation will bring you live updates of the fighters weights as they look to make it official the evening before their big fight.
We will also look to provide weights for the undercard fights including rising star Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs. Alfonso Gomez (being held in L.A. but shown on the PPV undercard) and Mexican boxing legend Erik Morales vs. Pablo Cesar Cano.
